Phenylephrine: Up to 10% of patients could experience tachycardia,
palpitations, and dry mouth; use vasoconstrictor with caution
Although promethazine is a phenothiazine derivative, extrapyramidal reactions
or tardive dyskinesias are not seen with the use of this drug.
