Oral:

10-20 lb: 2.5 mL

20-30 lb: 5 mL

>30 lb: 5-10 mL

Adults:

Diarrhea: 30 mL at once and 15-30 mL with each loose stool

Other conditions: 15 mL every 3 hours as needed
