Induce mydriasis greater than that produced with cyclopentolate HCl alone

Store in tight containers and protect from light


Usual Dosage

Ophthalmic: Neonates, Infants, Children, and Adults: Instill 1 drop into the eye every 5-10 minutes, for up to 3 doses, approximately 40-50 minutes before the examination


Administration

Finger pressure should be applied to lacrimal sac for 1-2 minutes after instillation to decrease risk of absorption and systemic reactions
