Infants 1.5-3 kg: I.V.: 3.25 mL/24 hours (M.V.I.® Pediatric)

Children:

Oral:

less than or equal to 2 years: Drops: 1 mL/day (premature infants may get 0.5-1 mL/day)

>2 years: Chew 1 tablet/day

greater than or equal to 4 years: 5 mL/day liquid

I.V.: >3 kg and <11 years: 5 mL/24 hours (M.V.I.® Pediatric)

Adults:

Oral: 1 tablet/day or 5 mL/day liquid

I.V.: >11 years: 5 mL of vials 1 and 2 (M.V.I.®-12)/one TPN bag/day

I.V. solutions: 10 mL/24 hours (M.V.I.®-12)
