Recommended daily parenteral dosage:

Infants: 0.2 mcg/kg

Children: 0.2 mcg/kg (max 5 mcg)

Copper: Injection: 0.4 mg/mL, 2 mg/mL

Manganese: Injection: 0.1 mg/mL (as chloride or sulfate salt)

Molybdenum: Injection: 25 mcg/mL

Selenium: Injection: 40 mcg/mL

Zinc: Injection: 1 mg/mL (sulfate); 1 mg/mL (chloride); 5 mg/mL (sulfate)
