Hypersensitivity to any component of product


Warnings/Precautions

Safety and efficacy in children <2 years of age have not been established; not for injection; not for use in patients wearing soft contact lenses during treatment


Adverse Reactions

>10%: Local: Transient burning, stinging, discomfort

1% to 10%:

Central nervous system: Headache

Ocular: Blurred vision, corneal erosion/ulcer, eye pain, corneal abrasion, blepharitis

<1%: Dizziness, somnolence, rash, nausea, stomach discomfort, sneezing, dry nose


Overdosage/Toxicology

Symptoms include feeling of warmth of flushing, headache, dizziness, fatigue, sweating, nausea, loose stools, and urinary frequency/urgency; consider emesis in the event of accidental ingestion

Children >2 years and Adults: Instill 1-2 drops in eye(s) 4 times/day for up to 3 months
