Usual Dosage

Oral:

3-6 years: 7.5 mL with each loose bowel movement, not to exceed 30 mL in 12 hours

6-12 years: 5-10 mL with each loose bowel movement, not to exceed 40 mL in 12 hours

Children >12 years and Adults: 15-30 mL with each loose bowel movement, not to exceed 120 mL in 12 hours
