Usual Dosage

Adults: Intradermally: 0.1 mL of 1:100 dilution into volar surface of forearm; induration of greater than or equal to 5 mm in diameter indicates a positive reaction


Administration

Use a 3/8 " to 1/2 " 26- or 27-gauge needle
