Central nervous system: Stroke, depression, dizziness, anxiety, headache,
migraine
Dermatologic: Chloasma, melasma, rash
Endocrine & metabolic: Alterations in frequency and flow of menses,
breast tenderness or enlargement, decreased glucose tolerance, increased
triglycerides and LDL
Gastrointestinal: Nausea, GI distress
Hepatic: Cholestatic jaundice
Miscellaneous: Increased susceptibility to Candida infection
