المعروف ان هذه النوعية من الاجهزة تصنع لتثبيت الوضعية بعد الحركة التقويمية لأسنان

الشكل الشائع لهذة الاجهزة يتكون من labial bow+ 2 Adams clasp

Modified Spring Aligner
Similar to Super Modified, but not quite the holding when aligning teeth. It is an excellent retainer when there is minor tooth movement

Super Modified Spring Wrap
Same as above only it uses a wire facial to buccal, soldered C clasps are contoured to most distal molar. Additional soldered C clasps can be added to bicuspids for more hold

Super Modified Spring Retainer
Best retainer available to align , quickest movement with a retainer, yet most flexible for patient comfort and compliance. Lingual wire is soft and springy for comfort, and additional lingual helicoil can be added for flex
